*How to protect your faucet? Pls use a soft cloth and water to clean your faucet and use the household detergent instead of chemicals to clean stains if have any. Suggest to use a cloth to dry the faucet base, which will better protect the black paint.

*Faucet is leaking after shut off both cold and hot handles, it may be caused by the cartridge issue inside the handles, please check which handle is leaking then approach us for the replacement parts.

*Aerator drips is found, Aerator or waterway may be dirty or not attached properly, pls unscrew aerator and let water run to clean out any debris

*Low water flow, shut-off valves not open all the way or aerator may be dirty, pls check shut-off valves, they must be open all the way, also try to remove the aerator and clean out any debris

*Drain is leaking, Pls check if O-ring is missing and make sure the washers are installed correctly based on installation manual, and pls apply some silicone or putty around the lip and pipe to seal it.

*Water supply hose is leaking, pls check faucet connection points, tighten and apply plumbing tape as required

*Water temperature hard to control (Don't get hot or gets too hot), the reason maybe that connected the cold and hot water lines wrong. (Connected cold water line to hot water inlet and vice versa), pls check the faucet connection points are correct.

*Waterway assembly is not long enough to lock the mounting nut plus water line, your granite counter top maybe a little thicker than the normal one, try not to use the optional rubber washer to save a tiny bit more room when you tighten the mounting nut.
