Flat Standard Shipping Fee: For smaller orders totaling under $10.00 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD will be automatically applied at checkout.
4.2 Processing & Delivery Timelines
Our standard operational order timelines consist of two phases:

Order Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged securely at our warehouse facility.

Transit & Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days depending on destination location and regional postal delivery efficiency.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and active tracking link. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's real-time journey.
4.4 Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing payment. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot alter shipping addresses once an order has left our warehouse facility.
