There is a leak at the connection between the bracket and the shower arm.

Please check to see if the black gasket is properly installed inside the bracket. If necessary, wrap 3 to 5 turns of Teflon tape around the shower arm threads.
There is water leakage at the connections of the hose.

Check if the black washer is seated well in the hose connection. Under normal circumstances, Teflon tape is not needed on the hose connectors; applying too much Teflon tape can actually cause leakage.
The showerhead is leaking/dripping when you change the setting.

Slight dripping after mode change is normal due to pressure reset. Wait a few minutes; it will stop automatically. No repair needed.
